It is upon the Home Secretary, the committee for safety PSP ČR, the General Inspection of Security Forces, the Public Prosecutors and the Senate’s Committee for Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security to cast a light on these matters. On 20.1.2015, in the night a state-wide wanted individual broke into my home and awaited my return with murderous intent. It is a small miracle that I have managed to defend myself despite that he was armed with a katana sword. This person fully confessed afterwards in writing and his confession was recorded on video.

According to the law, I have reported this event to the State Police (an institution that had been known to exterminate uncomfortable citizens physically and socially as well). It is nearly 25 years later and that had led me to believe that this state organ has been democratized.  After I have reported this incident, the police arrived to my home with their specialists in order to secure evidence. However, after 4-5 hours, there was a call and after that these honest men quickly packed and left. Eventually, I have learned that the culprit was located ata certain address, which I announced to the Police via phone. After that, their behaviour towards me changed radically and instead of searching for more evidence and prosecuting the culprit, they targeted myself by bullying and denying me of my basic human rights. They have gone after me all the way to the hospital, where I had searched for medical attention. Furthermore, they have denied me and my lawyers to look into the crime report without any legal reason. Behaviour as such is illegal in any legal state. Afterwards, I learnedfrom threatening SMS’s from the attacker that he was already set free (an act about which the prosecuting organs have to inform me to keep me from more harm). The handling unit refuses any contact with me or my attorneys, because they “don’t have time”. Despite that, the attacker goes there on a daily basis. I assume that the PČR has made a quiet deal with the culprit, for his coopera

tion they promised to help resolve his past crimes. This act alone of releasing the suspect and tolerating his intent to contact the victim assures me that it were the policemen, who have installed a sense of impunity upon this twisted individual and motivated him to finish the act. The mysterious policeman behind this seems to be a certain Mgr. Martin Filipovič, who (according to confidential info) is the rumoured part of “the custodial mafia”, which is said to be linked to Islamic criminals, in addition he is supposedly the one handling my area of residence and even might be a Security InformationService agent. On the other hand, the mysterious man in the background may be col. VáclavKučera instead, a director of Central Czech Police, who played a big role not only in my “destiny” in the 90’, but also in three other Kurds’ with similar cases.A second lieutenant at that time, Václav Kučera was chief of the Investigation Office for Prague 5, which  started the whole famous operation against me and similarly to today’s

case he refused to let me or my attorneys look in the investigation reports. In spite of that, nothing stood in his way to share the report with local news. Today, said Václav Kučera is a colonel Judr. Václav Kučera, a director of Central Czech Police, under which jurisdiction I currently am. The actions of the Police are same as in the 90’, so I expect to find some (proven at the time) dangerous object or someone will try to assassinate me, or they will try to charge me with fabricated crimes same as 20 years ago.I hope that the Home Secretary, the committee for safety PSP ČR, the General Inspection ofSecurity Forces, the Public Prosecutors and the Senate’s Committee for Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security will cast a light on these matters and confront responsible people with law. It is sad to witness no improvement in the Czech system of law and justice.P.S. During the “home search” on the 23.03.2015 one of the present policemen said to me: “Oh well, Mr. doctor with your fascism, you have pissed off a State Attorney Dr. Suska and we will show you fascism here and now.” Then, they escalated the pressure on me in order to keep me from publishing such an outrageous text next time. That’s why I will gladly share the original text with its headline with you and others too again.
